Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Mobigic Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals within established sales targets
- Collaborate with sales teams to share best practices and market intelligence
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Female candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales
- Certification in sales or marketing

Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving business and sales objectives/ targets. Developing growth strategies and plans. Forecast revenue targets. Track, record, and convert business development activities into sales revenue. Understand the company's goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company's performance and meeting company financial KPI. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT sales team. Set and achieve sales targets, closely monitoring performance metrics. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand client needs and align IT solutions to meet their business objectives. Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
