Facilities Coordinator

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively distributing customer complaints to the appropriate CAM frontend teams for quick resolution. You will also arrange customer appointments for issue resolution, process and track all CAM-related expenses across project sites, and manage escalations for CAM/WAP queries.

Your role will involve processing bills and ensuring timely monthly reconciliations, coordinating with teams for timely and qualitative closure of customer issues, tracking expenses by project, preparing maintenance budgets, and monitoring budget vs. actuals. You will also prepare and document consumables and consumption details monthly, maintain all documentation and ensure audit compliance, and prepare and maintain all systems AMCs, warranties, and condominium handover folders.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth client interaction, following through on complaints, and maintaining detailed documentation. You will also prepare PM work schedules and ensure follow-through for all relevant sites, distribute customer complaints to frontend personnel, and ensure resolution within TAT. You will arrange customer availability and support frontend personnel in attending to complaints, handle all customer correspondence, and provide timely updates.
