Customer Database Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Database Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong background in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test directories for data sets
  • Triage and prepare data requests for team members
  • Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all ongoing projects
  • Perform data mapping and maintenance tasks
  • Produce comprehensive reports for strategic customers or vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical knowledge and understanding
  • Familiarity with major software systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, Next Gen)
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience working in healthcare environments
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
