
Analytical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Database Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong background in customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create test directories for data sets
- Triage and prepare data requests for team members
- Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all ongoing projects
- Perform data mapping and maintenance tasks
- Produce comprehensive reports for strategic customers or vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Clinical knowledge and understanding
- Familiarity with major software systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, Next Gen)
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Experience working in healthcare environments
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
