Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Chennai, India
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our franchisees. Your primary responsibilities will include providing voice, chat, and email support to all franchisees, training them on software applications, and maintaining a support tracker.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective support to franchisees through various channels (voice, chat, email)
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchisees and internal teams on software applications
Maintain accurate records of support interactions and track issues resolved
Collect feedback from franchisees and escalate technical issues to software vendors for resolution
Contribute to the development of SOP manuals for application usage
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi
Familiarity with software applications and ability to train users
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
