About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to serve as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive customer experience by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Additionally, proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace is essential.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain flexibility to work in US time zones. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in BPO, IT, SaaS, or US-based client support, would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service (experience with US clients preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace
