What You'll Do
- Lead customer support initiatives for US-based enterprise and SMB clients
- Handle complex technical queries and provide advanced troubleshooting
- Train and mentor junior team members and interns
- Develop support processes and documentation to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product issues
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS/technology/healthcare companies (Any Graduate - preferably from BSc Pharma, BSc,Biotech)
- Passion for working with a high-performing team that drives results
- Expert-level English communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Comfortable working night shifts to support US time zones
