Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, pitching sales, and cross-selling financial products.
- Candidate Profile:
- We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in multilingual languages, are highly desirable.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will be required to manage and resolve customer complaints, pitch sales, and close calls to achieve targets. They will also be responsible for managing customer databases and providing excellent customer service.
