Job Opportunity: Technology Channel/Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional voice, chat, and email support to our franchisees. This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in Hindi, and the ability to handle diverse franchise queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer comprehensive support via voice, chat, and email using AnyDesk technology
- Develop and deliver training sessions for franchisees and internal teams on software application usage
- Maintain accurate daily support trackers and gather feedback from franchisees
- Evaluate and escalate technical issues to relevant vendors
- Create standardized operating procedure manuals for application usage
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and Hindi language skills
- Occasional travel across India may be required
