We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, providing product guidance, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Guide customers on product usage and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage customer data import/export from production systems.
- Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
- Process confidential information according to established guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills, including responsiveness, sensitivity, and diplomacy.
- Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
- Experience using issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, or JIRA.
- Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Perl.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
