Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, providing product guidance, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Guide customers on product usage and provide assistance as needed.
  • Manage customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential information according to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, including responsiveness, sensitivity, and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Experience using issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Perl.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
