Job Title: Project Manager - Insurance Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of complex insurance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek systems.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
Requirements
  1. 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  2. 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  3. Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
  4. Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
