We are seeking a skilled Project / Account Manager to oversee client-facing CGI campaigns from concept through delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and have experience coordinating creative production, this opportunity is for you.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage CGI and creative campaign delivery lifecycle: kickoff, milestones, reviews, handover
  • Act as primary contact for clients—conduct briefings, provide status updates, manage expectations
  • Coordinate internal and vendor teams, including CGI artists, designers, and strategists
  • Track and oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and profitability
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Trello, or CRM systems for planning and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of project or account management experience within advertising, creative, or CGI production agencies
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination using digital tools and clear timeline and budget tracking
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CGI production pipelines or workflows
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns including digital, traditional, ATL, and BTL channels
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile methodology
  • Experience in client-facing roles with revenue accountability or campaign growth responsibility
