Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. This includes managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely completion within defined parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive project plans to meet their needs.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance and Control:
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and accountability among team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with experience in project management between 4-12 years.
  • Proven track record of delivering EPC projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
