Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the design and construction of various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Evaluate and ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to guarantee project objectives are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues efficiently, identifying and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Supervise project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation as necessary.
  • Keep all project stakeholders informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continually improve project management processes.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management within architecture design.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
