Senior Project Manager

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

  • Project Scope: Define project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Team Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Scope Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Issue Escalation: Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Document Management: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.

  • Remote Team Management: Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Budgeting: Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
