The Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our remote team full-time. This role is critical in expediting project processes, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.

What You'll Do

Drive project timelines and streamline processes to meet deadlines

Manage inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards

Oversee logistics and coordination of project deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions

Provide leadership, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project management and expediting

Strong background in inspection and logistics management

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
