We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the customer journey from post-sales onwards. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of orders, timely updates to customers, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, fostering strong relationships and addressing their queries promptly.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer-specific requirements and facilitate accurate internal communication to meet their evolving needs.
  • Closely collaborate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Provide regular shipment updates, delivery timelines, and documentation status to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Proactively inform customers of any delays or deviations, offering timely resolutions and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, to align on customer expectations and deliverables.
  • Prioritize customer needs within internal decision-making processes, driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by anticipating needs, providing proactive support, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough post-delivery follow-ups to gather feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and design scalable processes to elevate the customer experience.
