About the Role:

  • Job Title: Customer Care Representative
  • Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
  • Shift: Night Shift (Aligned to US Time Zones)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off )

  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
