We are seeking an accomplished Landscape Architect to join our team. This is a key role in our design department, where you will be responsible for developing innovative and sustainable landscape designs for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Design Development: Create conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial projects, considering factors such as climate, soil conditions, and environmental regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with in-house teams and external consultants to ensure integrated project design and implementation.
  • Site Management: Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Represent the landscape design team at meetings with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, MEP/infrastructure consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, excellent design visualization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects pan-India. We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who can contribute to our team's success.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in landscape consultancy and real estate development projects.
  • Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
