Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural concepts, including conceptual drawings, working drawings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
