Lead Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

As a seasoned software engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-quality, scalable web applications.

About You:

  • You have 6+ years of experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • You possess solid knowledge of SEO principles and have a proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping robust web apps in production.
  • You are familiar with AI-assisted development tools and have a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Drive technical decision-making across the organization, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability of software systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams to deliver impactful features and enhancements.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues to ensure the highest quality software delivery.
