About the Role

This is a managerial cum support position responsible for managing large numbers of subject experts and working closely with other team members to meet project requirements.

Years of Experience :: 8 to 10

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality assessment content is developed and maintained.
  • Content Creation - MCQs in English, Hindi and other languages,
  • Question Bank Management:
  • Structuring and designing question banks; setting quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Defining selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitoring SME performance quality
  • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities.
  • Test Designing: Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other organizational requirements.
  • Post Exam, Questions Analysis, Reporting to Higher Management

Qualifications

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Broader understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  • Good command over English both written and spoken
  • Good command over spoken Hindi

Required Skills

Proficiency required in at least one of the below mentioned skills:

  • Verbal Ability - English, Verbal Ability - Hindi
