Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to fill the position of Business Development Professional in Employee Health and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Group Mediclaim, General Insurance, and consulting backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality service to existing clients and developing new business relationships
- Studying client portfolios and providing risk management consultations
- Negotiating policy terms with insurers and maintaining 100% client retention
- Preparing proposals for client presentations and assisting with sales efforts
- Engaging with clients for quarterly/annual satisfaction surveys
- Booking and invoicing business on time
- Coordinating with other teams for portfolio level penetration
- Interacting with risk insurance markets and sourcing best solutions
- Ensuring timely reminders for premium payments and policy issuance
- Providing claims assistance and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leadership roles
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, networking, and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures
