About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Critical Incident Resolution Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing IT Service Management processes and overseeing all IT major incidents.
You will lead investigations, ensure resolution through workarounds or permanent fixes, and maintain tool development efforts to manage major incidents effectively.
You will also provide periodic major incident metrics reports and make significant contributions towards implementing and executing Incident and Problem management processes.
In this role, you will assist, coordinate, monitor, and support Change management process for IT Infrastructure changes, ensuring high-level success ratios for critical IT Security patching and IT maintenance activities.
You will promote the correct use and governance of Incident and Problem management processes and provide training to functional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to process guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and nurture process improvements and knowledge base improvements
- Maintain and drive tool development efforts to manage major incidents effectively
- Provide periodic major incident metrics reports
- Contribute to the implementation, execution, and application of Incident and Problem management processes
- Assist, coordinate, monitor, and support Change management process for IT Infrastructure changes
- Ensure high-level success ratios for critical IT Security patching and IT maintenance activities

- Provide training to functional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to process guidelines
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Critical Incident Resolution Specialist with:
- Good ITIL framework knowledge, particularly in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management
- ITIL Foundations V3 and above certification
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in 24 X 7 IT infrastructure, Application & Operations environment
