Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Network Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in driving telco issues to resolution, ensuring timely response and resolution times, and working collaboratively with our development team to resolve complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues efficiently and effectively.
  • You will work closely with our development team to resolve unique customer challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • You will ensure that all response and resolution timelines are met, as per committed SLAs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • You will prioritize your work based on team objectives and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • You will foster a culture of excellence within the team and promote a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Optical (SDH/SONET), DWDM/OTN, EoS (Ethernet over SDH), Packet Network protocols & technologies (.1q,QinQ,STP,ERPS,SATOP/CEM, MPLS-TP, OSPF etc.).
  • Ability to debug/analyze/categorize and troubleshoot telco issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, polite, team player, individual contributor, self-learner.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
