Business Growth and Sales Leadership Role

The Branch Head position at Realtime Biometrics is a highly responsible role that oversees the overall business operations of the Bangalore branch. This includes managing sales growth, distributor/dealer management, branch profitability, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
  • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
  • Implement company pricing, discount, and incentive policies strictly.
  • Identify new business opportunities, institutional sales, and government tenders.

The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. They must have a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in IT/biometrics/security products. The successful candidate will also possess strong leadership and people management skills, as well as financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.

  • Proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in IT/biometrics/security products).
