As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining sales systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include integrating and optimizing sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and supporting the sales team through process automation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and SAP.
  • Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow and user experience.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
  • Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
  • Experience with system integration tools, APIs, and software development life cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
