- Deliver region-wise disbursal volumes, revenues, and yield targets.\
- Develop and implement a sales management system to track sales force productivity and performance in line with budget.\
- Leverage marketing, product support, and manufacturer support for enhancing business penetration.\
- Trigger promotional activities and events to ensure continuous funnelling.\
- Plan for new areas, locations, markets, or branches.\
