
Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in India.
- Assess and identify new opportunities for expansion in current and prospective markets, developing strategies to capitalize on these findings.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database by establishing relationships, gathering market intelligence, and providing tailored solutions.
- Procure and sell plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET & PVC, from Indian producers and distributors, while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote company trademarks and products at international conferences and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to optimize logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocation processes.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies and gather insights on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Prepare marketing reports highlighting regional, seasonal, and customer-specific market dynamics.
2.Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest business policies and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or related field. An MBA is preferred.
