Job Title: Business Growth Leader

Job Description:

The Business Growth Leader will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the sales pipeline, leading a team of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets related to business loan products. This individual will be a results-driven, dynamic, and strategic leader with a strong understanding of loan products, DSA operations, and sales processes.

This role requires a savvy professional who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, expand business through DSAs, and monitor team performance to provide coaching for improvement.

A key aspect of this position is building relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty and ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading, training, and managing a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.
  2. Developing sales strategies and expanding business through DSAs.
  3. Monitoring team performance and providing coaching for improvement.
  4. Recruiting and onboarding new DSAs.
  5. Building relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty.
  6. Reporting on sales performance and making recommendations for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on Personal Loan or similar products.
  • Proven experience in managing DSAs.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
