Job Description:

Drive business growth by leading a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals in the Pune branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage overall business activities, including sales and operations, to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
  • Prepare and present proposals to boards and key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and propose technology solutions to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
