Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior PMO Consultant with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly PTC Windchill v13, to lead a global upgrade project in the life sciences industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and upgrading PLM systems, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with SAP NSP/ECC systems. This involves managing change control processes, overseeing project execution and risk mitigation.
- Developing detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence;
- Collaborating with Quality Systems Managers, CSV leads, and PLM/PDM owners to validate product data governance, BOM structures, and ECN workflows;
- Ensuring vendor relationships are managed effectively and enforcing service-level agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess:
- Extensive knowledge of PLM systems, specifically PTC Windchill v13;
- Strong project management skills, including experience in leading steering committees and executive reporting;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Able to negotiate boundaries between system integrators and vendors.
