Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, to source, evaluate, and select the best candidates for available positions.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Source and attract top talent: Identify potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Evaluate and screen candidates: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine the qualifications and fit of potential candidates.
  • Select and recommend candidates: Present top candidates to hiring managers and make recommendations based on their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs and objectives.
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience: At least two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
