Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This role requires a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of driving employer branding initiatives and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to end-to-end recruitment strategies for senior, mid-level, and niche positions. They will partner with business heads and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

The selected candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. They will also implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports to track efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring continuous capability development. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with HR policies, recruitment guidelines, and labor laws.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15–20 years of strong experience in core recruitment, preferably in engineering, technology, or energy-related industries.
  • Proven expertise in leadership hiring, mass recruitment, and specialized skill hiring.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
