The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, answering phone calls, and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Organizing meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Managing mail, dispatch, and document filing, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, collation, and updating information in our systems.
- Assisting with financial transactions, account management, and office renovations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Data Entry or Receptionist role, preferably in the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
- Prior accounting experience is ideal, with strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach and ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, with a team player mindset and goal-driven approach.
