Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow subscriber base and enhance competitive position
  • Driving channel engagement and running initiatives to boost loyalty and retention
  • Increasing subscriber base through acquisition in new accounts and deeper penetration in existing accounts from SME/Start-ups
  • Account planning and driving sales of Mobility, IoT, Cloud & Analytics products through channel partner teams
  • Capability and capacity building of channel on overall enterprise portfolio covering mobility & non-mobility
  • Driving Partner program in defined geographies
  • Ensuring adherence to HSW norms
  • Subscriber acquisition numbers and subscriber base growth
  • Drive quality of subscriber acquisition
  • Multi-product penetration
  • Meet Revenue/OB Targets of Mobility, IoT & Cloud

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong enterprise channel management & distribution experience
  • Account management in B2B
  • Analytical & Presentation skills with strong technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of IoT & Cloud portfolio
  • Strong communication skills with digital mindset

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Essential: Channel Sales Experience in related domain/industry
  • Desired: Graduate & MBA
  • Experience: 5-7 years plus of channel management & at least 2-3 year should be in B2B/start-ups space
