We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and expand our user base in the healthcare industry.

About the Role:

  • Engage with B2B clients to drive business growth and promote our platform's services.
  • Expand our user base by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Billy build and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Docplexus as a seasoned business and marketing consultant, digital expert, and strategist to industry partners.
  • Understand brand and business gaps of potential and existing industry partners via probing and secondary research.
  • Consult multinational healthcare companies on marketing, digital, and KPI-driven strategies.
  • Translate digital/marketing strategies into compelling storylines that address target audiences.
  • Supervise content marketing strategy creation and execution for accounts.
  • Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage effective funnel management across leads for business from all sources.
  • Maintain high NPS and sustainably grow business with each account.
  • Affirm unwavering commitment to discipline, trust, compliance, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (B2B profile).
  • Digital marketing and online platforms knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Master's degree in Business/Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management/Healthcare Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Work Details:

Location: Onsite, Mumbai (Andheri East)
Work Days: Monday-Friday
Salary: ₹25-40 lakhs per annum based on experience and performance.
