Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in HR Services / HRO is Mandatory
  • Manage global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, process maps, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing timely support through various channels.
  • Administer Global HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide system support and optimize global HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
