Requirements:
- 15-17 years of experience in wealth management operations, with a strong background in managing global teams and developing strategic business plans.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
