Job Title:

Senior Operations Director - Global Wealth Management

Overview:

The Senior Operations Director is responsible for leading global wealth management operations with a focus on brokerage and fiduciary functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of operating models that drive front office and client engagement strategies.
  • Manage the transformation of operations using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, and workflow tools.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and effectively manage operational risk across processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and 13-19 years of experience in global wealth/investment banking, with a proven track record of leading large teams (100-120+) across multiple wealth functions.

Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and insurance products is essential, with a preferred certification in FINRA Series 99. US shift availability is required.
