Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the transformation of our organization, creating a client-centric and data-driven operation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wealth management operations and experience in leading global teams, with expertise in brokerage and fiduciary functions. They will be responsible for transforming and creating a very client-focused and data-driven efficient organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redefine operating models and drive front office behavior
  • Influence client behavior and manage operational risks
  • Lead and manage operations transformation and change at scale
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within the organization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in wealth management operations, with a strong understanding of Global Wealth Management/Global Investment Banking experience
  2. Experience in leading global teams with expertise in brokerage and fiduciary functions
  3. Strong knowledge and working experience in equities & fixed income, money market, alternative investment, mutual fund, Insurance products for Global Markets
  4. Sound understanding related to Customer on-boarding (customer account data and document maintenance) for Fiduciary and Brokerage
  5. FINRA Series 99 certifications

Benefits:

This role offers a salary hike of 30% to 35% of fixed hike on current fixed CTC + variable, along with other benefits including:

  • Mumbai, Chennai as preferred work locations
