Senior Functional Project Manager Role

This is a pivotal position that requires strategic leadership and technical expertise in the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions. As a Senior Functional Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale IT transformation projects, vendors, and diverse stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and timely solutions.

  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps to ensure clear direction and vision.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment to ensure seamless integration and effective delivery.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors to foster strong relationships and drive results.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, adhering to compliance and security standards to maintain a high level of quality and integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
