Job Overview:

The role of a Digital Transformation Leader is critical in driving business growth and innovation. We seek an experienced IT professional to spearhead our digital transformation strategy, leveraging their expertise in SAP and cloud infrastructure to drive process improvement and efficiency.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned IT executive with 15 years of progressive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP financial modules, integrated supply chain solutions, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy, aligning it with our business goals and objectives
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, such as AI, ML, and automation, to enhance manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing processes
  • Maintain expertise in various technologies, including SAP ERP, AI, Machine Learning, RPA, Sales Force Automation, CRM platforms, DXP, CMS, e-commerce technologies, RFID technology, Inventory Management systems, MES, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity

Requirements:

  • 15 years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on SAP and digital transformation
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge in SAP financial modules (e.g., FI, CO, CO-PA, S/4HANA), integrated supply chain solutions, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry is required
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP Financials is essential
