Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Projects / Digital Transformation Head to lead our organization's digital transformation journey.

This pivotal role involves managing the current complete IT landscape, steering new digital initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments and IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop an IT landscape and digital transformation strategy as a continuous process.
    • Create a roadmap for digital transformation aligned with business objectives and market demands.
    • Ensure that all digital transformation efforts meet functional needs while being technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversight of end-to-end IT project implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and quality expectations.
    • Development of detailed project plans, progress monitoring, and resource management.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Evaluation, selection, and management of external consultants, experts, and vendors as needed.
    • Negotiation of contracts and SLAs, ensuring high-quality services within agreed timelines.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Collaboration with department heads to ensure the IT landscape addresses organizational needs across functions.
  • Digital Innovation & Transformation:
    • Identification and introduction of new technologies and solutions enhancing business operations and customer experience.
  • Change Management:
    • Leadership of organizational change initiatives related to IT and digital transformation.
  • Risk & Compliance Management:
    • Ensurance of compliance with industry standards and internal policies regarding IT infrastructure, data protection, and security.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or IT operations, with at least 5 years in a Middle management or leadership position overseeing IT projects.
