  • Recruit and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers
  • Drive corporate client acquisition through seminars, webinars, and worksite programs
  • Target IT, HR, Logistics, Services, and Public Sector Undertakings for business-to-business engagements
  • Ensure Life and Health Insurance are part of every Wealth Relationship Manager's product mix
  • Analyze market trends and align strategy with company goals
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory norms
**Candidate Criteria:
  • Minimum 2 years of continuity in current role or visible career progression
  • Mandatory Life & Health Insurance sales experience (self and team)
  • Background from Banking, Securities, or Wealth firms preferred
