Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will supervise daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, overseeing data center performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for reporting on operational metrics and addressing any issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data center operations, including managing performance and maintenance activities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a data center environment is a plus
