. Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our French Loaf bakery outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and prior experience in food retail or bakery operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage and supervise store staff (scheduling, attendance, performance)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints promptly
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and store cleanliness as per company standards
  • Track sales performance and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
  • Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation
  • Maintain all documentation including sales reports, stock records, etc.
  • Train new employees and conduct regular team meetings
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure proper product display

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, bakery, or food outlets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems)
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good understanding of store operations and customer service
