  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, balance cash drawers, and prepare deposits.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that necessary supplies are available.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to quickly address any operational challenges or issues that arise.
