We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Account Support Activities:

  • Update and maintain the SOW/WO Tracker and review extension requirements.
  • Coordinate Project/WBS setup and follow-up, including PO follow-ups.
  • Manage timesheet and expense approvals in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Review invoices and proformas, support approval workflows, and respond to client queries.
  • Track Accounts Receivable (AR), including remittance and payment notes.
  • Maintain and update employee rosters for project tracking.
  • Handle account onboarding documentation, including Do's & Don'ts and announcement communications
    Coordinate client interviews with shortlisted resources

Procure to Pay Operations:

  • Execute daily tasks related to the Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders in line with defined SLAs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of procurement activities from PR to PO.
  • Understand and apply accounting flows of transactions within SAP.
  • Implement control checks to minimize or eliminate processing errors.
  • Utilize reporting and BI tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues to supervisors for corrective action.

Operational Excellence & Strategic Contributions:

  • Prepared Statements of Work (SOW) for new and existing engagements.
  • Created and extended WBS elements for resource time submission using SAP Fiori.
  • Enhanced onboarding efficiency by streamlined handling of position/requisition creation, compliance training, timesheet management, and IT ticket resolution.
  • Achieved cost savings by ensuring timely contract renewal updates to delivery managers.
  • Compiled and delivered weekly client reports highlighting staffing plans and outstanding AR.
  • Maintained weekly reports on account resource headcount for leadership visibility.
  • Improved forecast accuracy by updating resource entry/exit data and supporting variance analysis.
  • Ensured timely and accurate updates of all operational trackers for effective follow-up and analysis.
  • Collaborated with Account Operations to reconcile timesheets, improving invoice timeliness.
  • Updated Pricer Models for Salesforce deals, enabling faster quarterly deal closures and supporting account leadership.

  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools for data analysis.
