Job Title: ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow- OTM solution to meet the operational technology needs of our clients.

As a ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow- OTM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, etc.
  • Basic understanding of how industrial control systems work and OT network functions
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and PowerShell scripting
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing
  • Ability to script automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, etc.
