ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management RoleIn this role, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team. Your key responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements, maintaining backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors, ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and proposing alternatives where necessary.To excel in this position, you should have strong expertise in CSM/OM processes and related data objects, as well as workshop facilitation and demo presentation skills.
  • Act as the link between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team.
  • Gather, analyze, and review customer requirements; maintain backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternatives where necessary.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in Order Management, especially the data model.
  • Familiarity with API Integration and ITIL processes.
The ideal candidate will stay updated on ServiceNow product evolutions and share insights with the team. They will work independently on assigned scope, collaborating with developers, peers, and management as needed.Domain Expertise:
  • CSM/OM processes and related data objects.
Skill Set:
  • Data Migration from external tools into ServiceNow.
  • CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
  • API Integration.
